Poppa C’s started with one Weber grill and a cold night in New Orleans. Founder Clarence Robinson learned to cook watching his father work the kitchen at the Hotel Monteleone for 35 years, and built that into a barbecue business on patience: real wood smoke and cuts chosen by hand. Since 2011, Poppa C’s has smoked and plated everything from family dinners to full holiday spreads.
